The Challenge

The Challenge

Challenge: PyjamaHR’s job creation process was complex and led to high user drop-off rates due to a cluttered UI and an inefficient wizard and also take a lot of effort to fill huge forms

Solution: Simplify the process with a clear, step-by-step wizard, reduced clicks, AI-driven auto-fill features, and improved UI based on user feedback and competitor analysis.

Design Concept

Design Concept

I conducted extensive user research to guide the redesign process, analyzing data from PyjamaHR users who posted multiple jobs across different portals and users who dropped off. The research focused on usability across various resolutions, content preferences, and overall satisfaction.

Key insights revealed that users struggled to find relevant content, were overwhelmed by numerous fields requiring manual effort, and found the navigation confusing. Additionally, users often needed help from seniors or hiring managers to add relevant job details, highlighting a need to align the design more closely with market standards.
